This policy explains what data HHWebSite ("we", "us") collects when you visit hhwebsite.com, complete the free evaluation, book a call or use your client account, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Free evaluation: your name, business name, email, website, phone number, and your answers about your business, what you want to improve, when you want to start and whether the investment fits your budget.
• Diagnostic call: the day and time you book. We create the event in our Google Calendar with your email as a guest and a Google Meet link.
• Communication permissions: whether you agreed to receive marketing emails or SMS, and when.
• Client account: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and profile picture. We also store the requests and messages you send us from your account.
• Payments: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; only your plan status and billing dates.
• Technical data: our hosting providers may log basic data such as your IP address and browser.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, prepare and hold the diagnostic call and send you a proposal.
• To send you the confirmation and a reminder of the call you booked.
• Only with your permission: to send you marketing information, the proposal follow-up or SMS.
• To provide and manage the services you hire us for.

We don't sell your data.

Providers we use

Emails are sent with Resend, the calendar and video calls are Google's (Google Calendar and Google Meet), payments are processed by Stripe and the website and database are hosted on Cloudflare. Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.

Unsubscribing

Every marketing email includes a link to unsubscribe. You can also reply to any of our emails asking us to. Unsubscribing doesn't cancel the confirmation or reminder of a call you already booked.

How long we keep data

We keep your data for as long as needed to respond to you and provide our services, or as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you by replying to any of our emails.

Cookies

We remember your language choice with a cookie, and if you sign in to your client account we use a secure cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising cookies.

We may update this policy. The date above shows when it last changed.
